Total Barre™ to emphasize the correct biomechanics of movement combined with the power of music to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability.

No dance experience required! It is a program geared for everyone A sixty-minute lesson contains – except the usual warm up – 11 short choreographies (music tracks). They are always focused on either the lower or upper part of the body respectively or to strengthen the abdominal muscles.

Total Barre™ uses several tools to improve the movement quality or its greater intensity:

Stability bar – ballet bar – minimizing risk of injuries and overtraining occurs in the wrong way practice

Flex band (rubber) is used for strengthening the hand muscles especially triceps muscles

Mini stability ball – 500 grams balls used for training of the hands

Pilates softball – or over ball – it is used for the intensive workout of the lower limbs
