PortDeBras™
Open Class lesson
PortDeBras™ of your mind and body. The atmosphere emphasizes special relaxation music with oriental elements.
PortDeBras™ is inspired by yoga and Pilates techniques, where simple and seamless sequences of motion combine - in harmony with music - postural techniques, balance exercises and stretching. There is improved coordination, stretching shortened and strengthening weakened muscles, mobilizing the spine and joint joints. Emphasis is placed on proper body posture and smoothness of movement.
The lesson starts with warming up followed by the main part, where it is trained for 4 lessons (weeks) of the movement sequence. The lesson ends with strengthening.
At PortDeBras™ you do not need to have previous experience with dancing or exercising.
